MANTRA VAJRAYOGINI
From a deep dive into the world of Tibetan Buddhism and Tantra, this mantra came to me. I tried to work from thunderbolt (= VAJRA) sounds toward bits of tribal instruments. With a female Indian singer—later taken over by one of the most beautiful Indian male voices I could ever produce.
Vajrayoginī’s sādhanā originated between the tenth and twelfth centuries, against the backdrop of Hindu Shaiva tantras. She is depicted as a deity who transcends samsara, making her not for the faint-hearted.
I must confess the track isn’t that well produced, but everything has to start somewhere 😊
I still love this track very much. I hope you can love it too, and maybe be inspired to start studying the occult branches of Buddhism and what Tantra has given to the world 🪄
