The Sacred Twin Flame Mantra
**Dear mantra lover,**
Many people ask me why I create these mantras. For me, it is a way to safeguard my mind against emotional distractions that can cause harm or drain my energy. It’s a daily meditation ritual and a shield for my spirit.
At this moment, I am stepping into a new chapter of my life as a nomad. We—my husband and I—have sold our house, and in just two weeks, we will embark on this new journey. The transition from a stable living situation to constant travel carries the risk of uncertainty and emotional turbulence. That is why I use mantras: a sort of *sacred brainwashing* to nourish my days with radiant thoughts. 🌞 By doing so, I can dedicate my full energy to embracing the incredible places and people we are destined to meet.
I also plan to begin a new drawing series, which I will share with you in my other Substack: *Metamorphic Garden* (to be filled with creations from the road 🌿).
Now, let’s return to today’s mantra. It’s a fusion mantra that I call “The Sacred Twin Flame Mantra,” interweaving ancient Buddhist and Hindu wisdom to ignite the manifestation of sacred love. 💖
This fusion awakens the inner union—the marriage of your own dual energies—which must occur within before a genuine twin flame reunion can be realized outwardly. Remember, the outer world is always a reflection of the inner state. 🪞
The mantra is:
—
**OM VAJRA VARAHI**
**HUM HRIH SOHAM**
**SHIVA SHAKTI**
**AHAM PREMA**
—
**Mantra Meaning:**
– **Vajra Varahi**: A formidable feminine protector deity in Tibetan Buddhism, symbolizing transformation and the shattering of ego illusions. 🔥
– **Hum** and **Hrih**: Sacred seed syllables (*bija mantras*) that cut through ignorance and ignite compassion.
– **Soham**: From the Hindu tradition, meaning *”I am That,”* a declaration of one’s oneness with the universal spirit. ✨
– **Shiva Shakti**: The great dance of consciousness (Shiva) and dynamic energy (Shakti), the heart of Tantra.
– **Aham Prema**: Sanskrit for *”I am Divine Love,”* a mantra of heart-centered devotion.

By offering yourself wholly to this mantra, you create sacred conditions within yourself. If there are no inner blocks, the connection will arise effortlessly, like a flower blossoming under perfect sunlight. 🌸
Regarding the music, I structured the soundscape carefully: my Indo-Tibetan singer trained extensively under a Tibetan Buddhist teacher whose voice I deeply admire—Lama Zopa. I am so pleased with how the final voice matured.
I infused the melody with hope and longing, allowing it to evolve into an inner love dance. Halfway through, a female voice melds into the track, as if she becomes a reflection of the male singer. Later, the female voice gracefully takes the lead. In the closing phase, it is the male voice that remains—symbolizing the outward manifestation of everything first cultivated inwardly. 🎵

## Reflection Chapter 1: **The Inner Temple**
In Buddhist thought, everything unfolds from the mind. 🧠 Just as a lotus rises pure from muddy waters, so too can love arise from the stillness within, untainted by external chaos. It is said:
> *”The mind is everything; what you think, you become.”* — The Dhammapada
When we chant mantras with full heart and clarity, we do not change the outer world directly. We change the lens through which the world is perceived. Thus, the ‘Sacred Twin Flame’ is not waiting somewhere “out there.” It is waiting inside your own untouched essence.
The inner temple must first be lit before its light can pour outward. Without cultivating clarity and luminous presence inside, the outer union will mirror confusion.
**Practical Reflection:**
Each day, before chanting, sit quietly. Watch your thoughts like clouds crossing the sky. Then, with tenderness, begin chanting—not to “achieve” love, but to *uncover* it, knowing it was always there. 🫶

## Reflection Chapter 2: **The Dance of Shiva and Shakti**
In the deepest teachings of Vajrayana Buddhism and Hindu Tantra, creation is understood as a dance—a forever interplay of wisdom and compassion, masculine and feminine, emptiness and form.
Shiva (pure undifferentiated consciousness) and Shakti (dynamic life force) exist within you. Their sacred dance is mirrored whenever you feel balanced, whole, and alive.
Likewise, Vajra Varahi embodies this fierce, compassionate presence that strips away ego-masks so that the true dance can commence. 💃🕺
> *”Form is emptiness; emptiness is form.”* — The Heart Sutra
To chant ‘Shiva Shakti’ within this mantra is to remember that no external twin flame can complete what must first be harmonized internally. Your sacred ‘other’ arising externally is truly your own divine energies recognizing themselves in another shape.
**Practical Reflection:**
After chanting, visualize Shiva and Shakti entwined within your heart—dancing, swirling, smiling. Cultivate this joy. Watch how life begins to dance back to you.
