TARA Mantra
Hello dear mantra lover, and fellow traveler in the art of manifestation through song. ๐ถโจ
I created this Sanskrit mantra to open the heart โ to awaken joy and deep bliss within. ๐๐ Within just a few days of being shared, it began circulating widely and receiving many beautiful responses on YouTube (youโll find the link below). My heart hopes it has already brought light and healing to many beings. ๐โฃ๏ธ
Om Tare Tuttare Ture Ananda Hridaya Shakti Svaha (repeat 21x)
This melody-mantra is here to support a deeper connection to your own heart. It is a gentle yet potent companion on your path to clarity, love, and devotion. You can use it as part of your daily practice โ as a sacred tool calling forth a blissful, open-hearted presence in your life. ๐๏ธ
The First Part
Om Tare Tuttare Ture
This is the classical Green Tara invocation. It calls upon Taraโs swift, compassionate, and fearless energy. She who liberates โ who brings courage where fear once stood, compassion where once was confusion. ๐ฟ
The Second Part โ My Contribution
Ananda Hridaya Shakti Svaha
Let me share the deeper meanings within this offering:
- Ananda โ Bliss, the inner joy that radiates without reason and without end
- Hridaya โ The spiritual heart, your innermost sanctuary, infinite and silent
- Shakti โ The living feminine power flowing through all of creation ๐บ
- Svaha โ A sacred surrender, โSo be it,โ offered to the altar of presence ๐ฅ
May this mantra gently remind you of the joy always whispering within you โ long present, infinitely patient. Let it blossom from the quiet soil of your being. โจ
With love and deep devotion,

โถ๏ธ Om Tare Tuttare Ture Ananda Hridaya Shakti Svaha
Chapter 1: The Bird with Two Wings โ Tara & You
The ancient masters often speak of the โtwo wings of awakeningโ โ wisdom and compassion ๐๏ธ. In this mantra, we summon this balance through calling on Tara: she who is already awake in the world. But Tara is not outside you. Her name echoes from within.
Green Tara is swift โ not because she is rushing โ but because she is free of hesitation. When your heart opens with Ananda (bliss) and Hridaya (heart), you step into this same fearless compassion.
Let her name become your own breath. Let every Om Tare Tuttare become an inhale of clarity, and every Ture Ananda Hridaya Shakti Svaha an exhale of surrender. In this dance, you are the devotee, the goddess, and the mantra itself. ๐
“Do not seek the awakened ones. Rather, seek the place in yourself where awakening lives unnoticed like a hidden ember.” โ from a Buddhist proverb
Chapter 2: Sound as a Bridge to the Unborn Silence
In Mahayana Buddhism, there’s a teaching that โall phenomena are expressions of the unborn.โ What does this mean for the chanting of a mantra?
Mantra is not just sound. It is vibration. And vibration is not separate from stillness โ just as waves are not separate from the sea. When you chant, you are bathing the surface of your mind while dissolving into its unmoving depths.
โAnandaโ โ bliss โ is not the excitement of gaining something. It is the peace of remembering what has never left you. When you chant these syllables with trust and softness, you are not chanting to achieve; you are chanting to return. ๐
โSvahaโ means offering โ but who offers, and to whom? Only the ego asks. The heart knows: When you sing, the offering is immediate. It is presence itself.
โListen deeply to your own chanting. You might recognize the silence that has always been singing within it.โ โ Inspired by the Heart Sutra
With silence, with sound, with all that you carry โ return home.
