  • Loving-Kindness Breath (Metta with Inhale/Exhale cues)
    Merge the breath with the heart. Offer kindness to yourself and others through each inhale and exhale.

    Use soft mantras, tonal humming, or gentle music as a backdrop to deepen your breath awareness.
  • Walking Mindfulness with Breath Sync
    A moving meditation where every footstep becomes part of the breath cycle. Especially helpful for restlessness or emotional processing.
